This humble writing exercise is a powerful way to take a few minutes and create some space in your mind.
It's quick and dirty (low commitment) but gives you a chance to think back on your day and sum up what you've done – you'd be surprised at how many things you forget by the time evening rolls around!
Don't worry about that doodle, just draw a pattern or interconnecting lines if you don't want to try your hand at a realistic drawing (or stick figures).
Go with the flow, don't take yourself too seriously and feel the cognitive space become freed up in your brain.
I used to draw this by hand on empty pages, but the quadrants ended up really uneven (too lazy to grab a ruler) so this was a simpler solution to just print as many as I need.
